Malcolm X and Black Power Movements in the United States, Canada, the Carribean and Australia

The NCCC is excited to host visiting speaker, Distinguished Professor Emeritus of History and Education, V.P. Franklin from the University of California, Riverside. Dr. Franklin will discuss how the Black Power movement sprang from the injustices of racism and marginalisation of people of colour in the United States and moved globally to countries in North America, the Caribbean, and Australia.
